abstract | The present invention relates to a low-shrinkable, oil-based foamable refractory coating composition that is applied to the surface of the steel structure, such as to exhibit a fire resistance performance and to the preparation of a coating film prepared using the same, using an acrylic microgel resin together with an oily alkyl-modified acrylic resin It is a low shrinkable oil-based paint that is obtained by using it. It exhibits excellent fire resistance performance that can be applied as a fireproof coating material for 1 hour according to the fire resistance test method of the building structure part specified in Korean Industrial Standard KS F 2257, and no shrinkage occurs during foaming. Therefore, coating it on the surface of mineral wool boards, cables, trays, concrete, steel, wood, etc. can impart excellent fire resistance to the coating. |
