titleOfInvention | Chaff-vinegar Distiller |
abstract | Wood vinegar is acetic acid produced by cooling the smoke generated when wood such as oak and bamboo burn in lean oxygen. Such wood vinegar has to be precipitated and purified for a long time to remove harmful substances such as methanol, tar and phenol for agricultural or edible use.n n n Chaff liquor made by capturing and cooling the smoke generated in the process of carbonizing rice husk is also a kind of wood vinegar and can use many minerals contained in the vinegar for various purposes and has many functions as organic acetic acid.n n n In general, the method for producing wood-vinegar liquor is huge and time-consuming to increase the production cost. The rice husk liquor manufacturing apparatus developed is a rice husk liquor manufacturing apparatus produced by a water-cooling method that can produce rice husk liquor as a small-scale manufacturing apparatus, and uses chaff with less fiber than wood and has no tar or harmful components and can be mass-produced. |
