titleOfInvention | Preparation Method for CLA-enriched Structured Lipid and The Same Use |
abstract | The present invention is an acylglyceride of CLA-containing reconstituted lipid produced by combining free fatty acid or ester form of CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) with ester chain reaction using lipase to medium chain triglyceride (MCT). It relates to a method for preparing and using the same to obtain a functional effect of CLA in vivo.n n n Conventional CLA is mainly produced in the form of acid, and also known for various human functionalities, but the oxidation rate is fast during storage, and animal and vegetable fats ingested by humans and animals are naturally produced in the form of acylglycerol composed of various fatty acids. It is being consumed everyday.n n n In the present invention, the molar ratio of CLA and acylglyceride is 1: 1 to 1: 5, and the immobilized lipase enzyme is added at 2.5% to 20% with respect to the weight of CLA and acylglyceride together with the solvent, It is reacted for 1 to 36 hours at temperature to prepare reconstituted lipid containing CLA. In the present invention, a natural TG foam and a fat rich in CLA were prepared. In the total fatty acid composition, the CLA content was 15% or more, and in particular, the CLA content bound to the sn-2 site was 5% or more. Feeding CLA-containing MCTs can quickly supply the calories that are the nutritional characteristics of MCT itself, as well as reduce the cancer and body fat accumulation that CLA exerts. |
