titleOfInvention Water Borne coating composition made from acryl modifide epoxy polymeric for Beverage containers
abstract The present invention relates to a mixed composition of an acrylic modified water-soluble epoxy esterified resin induced by esterification of an advanced epoxy resin and an acrylic acid copolymer and a water-soluble phenolic resin which is a curing agent, and a method for preparing the same. Its purpose is to minimize the effects of environmental hormone-inducing substances on the physical properties such as scratch resistance, solvent resistance, retorot test, preva test, permanganic acid consumption test, etc. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a water-soluble epoxy-esterified resin and a curing agent obtained by dissolving a high-quality epoxy resin in the presence of a solvent and an additive and then inducing an esterification reaction with an acrylic acid copolymer containing a carboxyl group under a basic catalyst. Epoxid inner epoxy epoxy In the terminated resin composition, the acrylic modified water-soluble epoxy ester for inner surface of a food pipe, wherein the curing agent is contained in an amount of 1 to 7 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the water-soluble phenolic resin based on solid content. It can achieve by providing the summed resin composition.
