Asphalt sealant composition according to the present invention is not only environmentally friendly by using waste tire powder, but also excellent in low temperature adhesiveness, low temperature flexibility and excellent physical properties such as heat resistance, so that the asphalt sealant composition can be suitably used in regions with severe seasonal temperature changes. .
