Complex enzymes include Bacillus sp., Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus sp., Penivacillus g., Cellulomonas sp., Cellulomonas g., Bacillus caldorticus, Penibacillus m., Aspergillus en., Bacillus sp., Was incubated in a medium composed of 5 mg peptone, 3 mg meat extract, 20 mg agar and 1000 ml soil leaching solution while maintaining the temperature at 35 ° C., 1.3 mg ammonium sulfate, 0.37 mg potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and magnesium sulfate heptahydrate. 0.25mg, Calcium Chloride 0.07mg, Ferric Chloride 0.02mg, Glucose 1.00mg, Enzyme Extract 1.00mg, Lactose 13.0mg, Distilled Water 1000ml , NaCl 60mg and 1000ml of distilled water was added to the culture medium described above prepared by injecting air for 72 hours. According to the present invention, there is an effect that the livestock wastewater is easily purified in a single operation without dilution.
