titleOfInvention | antibacterial-activity material extracted from cactus of opumtia genus |
abstract | The present invention relates to an antimicrobial natural substance causing growth inhibition such as antibiotic resistant bacteria and general bacteria, and relates to a substance showing antimicrobial activity against drug-drug-resistant bacteria extracted and fractionated from natural cactus. And, preferably to be separated and extracted from Opuntia genus cactus, the extract is made of an extract by acid and base hydrolysis. On the other hand, the extract is made of silica gel chromatography (developing solvent, ethyl acetate: CH 2 Cl 2 : hexane = 1: 1: 1) Rf is composed of seven different fractions. The fractional substance of Rf is 0.66-0.62, 0.45-0.40, 0.40-0.35, 0.35-0.30, 0.10-0.08, 0.07-0.05 and 0.00. Therefore, according to the present invention, by extracting a substance having antimicrobial resistance against drug-resistant bacteria and general bacteria from folk remedies natural products, there is an advantage that not only is safe for human body but also mass production is possible. |
