titleOfInvention Thermal insulation-water proofing of foaming polymer mineral composition
abstract The present invention relates to adiabatic waterproofing of pipes. This invention consists of a foamed polymeric material containing mineral additives.n n n Prior art polymer concrete insulation of pipes is already well known, and the disadvantage of the technique is that the gas air compound of the heat seal is released. This is because the mixture is incompletely filled in the space between the pipe and the path of the reacting compound, and the present invention has been able to remedy this disadvantage.n n n The method for using this technique is to first mix the mineral components with a portion of the polyol. An amount of polyisocyanate is then added to this mixture. Then mix all of these together. In this order, the mineral component can react with the polyisocyanate to prevent the occurrence of bad bubbles.n n n This method also meets the requirements of "industrial applicability" and can therefore be used for the installation of insulation waterproofing materials. The application of this technique results in the thermal insulation of the transfer fluid in the pipe, the impact resistance to prevent damage to the pipe, and the prevention of water ingress, resulting in corrosion protection.
