abstract | The present invention relates to a method for preparing barium magnesium aluminate-based blue and green phosphor powders by spray pyrolysis using an inorganic polymer solution. More specifically, in the conventional spray pyrolysis method for mass production, a general salt solution is used as a raw material. By using this, powders having an empty interior are obtained, so that spherical shapes are broken and uneven in high temperature heat treatment process, while inorganic organic polymer solution is used as a raw material to drastically improve the shape of powder and spray pyrolysis. Since the powders filled inside can be obtained in the process, the thermal stability is high, and even though the heat treatment is carried out at a high temperature, it not only has a perfect spherical shape but also does not generate agglomeration between the powders and can be mass-produced. Widely available Gyuhan relates to a method for producing a barium magnesium aluminate-based phosphor powder. |
