Flame retardant syndiotactic polystyrene resin composition |
abstract |
Syndiotactic polystyrene resin composition of the present invention (a) 100 parts by weight of syndiotactic polystyrene; (b) 1-50 parts by weight of hydrogenated styrene / butadiene / styrene block copolymer (SEBS) as a rubber component to improve the impact strength of the resin composition; (c) 1-15 parts by weight of hydrogenated styrene / butadiene / styrene-graft-maleic anhydride (SEBS-MA) as the first compatibilizer to improve compatibility between syndiotactic polystyrene and rubber; (d) 1-90 parts by weight of polyphenylene oxide (PPO) as a second compatibilizer to improve compatibility between syndiotactic polystyrene and rubber; And (e) 1-60 parts by weight of phosphate ester as a non-halogen-based flame retardant. Syndiotactic polystyrene resin composition of the present invention (f) may optionally further comprise 1 to 70 parts by weight of glass fibers. |
