titleOfInvention Gene detecting method
abstract By using the PALSAR method, there is provided a gene detection method capable of detecting a gene by formation of a polymer without requiring capture of the linked oligonucleotide and washing of the extra oligonucleotide. One or both sides of the region complementary to the target gene of the pair of probes, using a plurality of pairs of pairs of probes composed of n (n ≧ 3) regions complementary to each other, or A plurality of sites are cut in advance, and hybridization, linkage, and dissociation reactions are carried out by temperature control, and the cleaved probes are connected to form a complete probe, using a method of preparing a probe polymer. Polymers were formed to detect the target genes.
