titleOfInvention | Manufacturing processes of water-soluble flux and oil used soldering by horizontal hot air leveler |
abstract | The present invention relates to chemical activity during solder coating by the horizontal hot air leveler method, which is one of the methods of protecting the surface of the copper circuit part of a printed circuit board, fluidity and wettability of the base material, and antirust property of the base material during the soldering process. A method for manufacturing water-soluble fluxes and oils with chemical and physical properties such as thermal stability, electrical activity, water removal and easy to remove residue after soldering, and promoting surface activity while removing oxide film of copper circuit part. This allows the solder to spread well in the copper circuitry and forms an intermetallic bond between the copper and the solder. |
