The present invention provides a process for the production of vinyl chloride monomers from ethane entering significant amounts of ethane and ethylene in the feed stream into the associated reactor, wherein the hydrogen chloride in the reactor effluent is reacted in a second reaction after reaction from ethylene / ethane to vinyl. It relates to a manufacturing method to be removed. Oxygen dehydrogenation-chlorination catalysis of ethane, ethylene, hydrogen chloride, oxygen and chlorine takes place and the reactor effluent stream is cooled to produce a crude product stream containing unreacted hydrogen chloride, and the crude product is converted into a vinyl chloride monomer product stream and hydrogen chloride. Separating into a light stream containing and oxychlorination of hydrogen chloride from the light stream before recycling. |
