abstract | The present invention relates to a highly dispersible food additive calcium preparation composition and a method for preparing the same, which dissolve directly in cold water without adding temperature, and do not precipitate, and calcined limestone and anthracite (coal) to produce quicklime (CaO, calcium hydroxide (Ca (OH) 2 ) liquid to prepare a quick lime) and then adding water (slaking); A compounding process of adding phosphoric acid to a calcium hydroxide solution (lime oil, 石灰乳) to chemically react with calcium phosphate; A particle size adjusting process for controlling the particle size of the ultrafine particles of the combined calcium phosphate; A coating process of coating the surface of the ultrafine calcium phosphate with a coating so that the calcium phosphate that has undergone the particle size adjusting process is not condensed with each other; A debris removal process for removing debris contained in the mixed solution; Concentrating to produce a liquid content by concentrating; In addition, a high-dispersion calcium phosphate composition for a food additive composition comprising a powdered process of drying and pulverizing the contents of the liquid after the concentration process, and a method of manufacturing the same.
