titleOfInvention Hyperstructure-controlled aliphatic polyester compounds for a plasticizer of polyvinylchloride and polyvinylchloride blend containing the same
abstract The present invention discloses a higher order structure controlled aliphatic polyester compound for a polyvinyl chloride plasticizer and a polyvinyl chloride blend comprising the same. The higher-order structure-controlled aliphatic polyester for polyvinyl chloride plasticizer according to the present invention is a polyol center containing a high-density branched aliphatic polyester synthesized by self-condensation of a monomer having one carboxyl group and two hydroxy functional groups and a plurality of terminal groups. Molded structured aliphatic polyester synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of a molecule and a lactone monomer. These higher order structure-controlled aliphatic polyesters have excellent compatibility with polyvinyl chloride, and unlike existing liquid phthalate plasticizers such as phthalates, they do not dissolve at all, causing problems of human endocrine disruption and ecosystem destruction due to elution of plasticizers. Not only can it solve the problem, but also the plasticization performance is excellent, and sufficient ductility can be given to polyvinyl chloride.
