A novel metal oxide electrochemical pseudo-capacitor having increased stored energy is disclosed. This includes a plurality of electrodes, an organic electrolyte including a solvent and a solute, and a separator interposed between the electrodes to prevent contact therebetween. According to the present invention, by using an organic electrolyte as an electrolyte, the amount of stored energy can be greatly increased, electric conductivity can be improved, and a capacitor having various designs can be manufactured. |
