The present invention provides a recombinant yeast containing a large amount of a recombinant partin protein containing iron by expressing the gene of the heavy chain portion constituting the paritin protein of the tadpole in the yeast on the ferric citrate. The recombinant yeast of the present invention can be used for food and can be used for the purpose of preventing and treating iron deficiency.
