abstract | The present invention relates to an oil-free oil-in-water composition of a polymer emulsion type, which does not contain hydrocarbon-based oils and natural oils, and does not contain any ester-based oils in synthetic oils and contains only silicone oils. Is an oil-free emulsion composition of the present invention, and is characterized in that it is emulsified using an associative polymer emulsifier, and this emulsion composition is a makeup such as foundation by rapidly releasing oil particles dispersed in the polymer emulsifier.
