titleOfInvention | Reporter Vectors for Evaluating the Activity of Transcription Factors or Promoters and Cell Lines Transformed with the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a reporter vector for measuring the activity of a transcriptional regulation or a transcriptional control factor and a cell line transformed therefrom, more specifically, a reporter gene; Resistance genes to antibiotics that act on eukaryotic cells as selection markers; Origin of replication operating in eukaryotic cells; Polyadenylation signal sequence; A promoter acting on a eukaryotic cell located upstream of the reporter gene; A TRAS-TF reporter located upstream of said minimum promoter and comprising the binding sequence of a transcriptional regulator of eukaryotic cells and a cell line transformed thereby. In the case of studying transcriptional regulation and transcriptional control factors using the cell line of the present invention is carried out quickly without a separate transformation process, this can greatly reduce the uncertainty of the results of the problems of the prior art. |
