titleOfInvention | Method for Measuring Substance and Measurement Reagent to be used in the Method |
abstract | Since the substance measuring method of the present invention performs the sample preparation and the detection by the photothermal conversion detection method in the capillary of the microchip, the amount of substances such as hemoglobin, ALP, etc. in the biological component-derived sample is simple and very small. Can be measured in a short time. In addition, less waste is generated by the measurement.n n n Moreover, since a long wavelength laser is used as excitation light, a photothermal conversion detection apparatus can be manufactured at low cost, and measurement can be performed at low cost.n n n Therefore, the substance measuring method of this invention can be preferably applied to POC analysis etc.n n n Moreover, according to the substance measuring method of this invention, even the blood sample which shows emulsification can be measured simply by the photothermal conversion detection method.n n n In addition, by using the measurement reagent of the present invention, it is possible to stably measure the amount of a substance such as hemoglobin, ALP, etc. in a trace amount of biological component-derived sample by the photothermal conversion detection method. |
