titleOfInvention | A detecting method of hepatitis C virus using recombinant mixed antigens derived from HCV and a diagnostic kit thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for detecting and diagnosis of hepatitis C virus (HCV) using a recombinant mixed antigen, specifically, the core, non-structural 3 (NS 3) gene structure of hepatitis C virus ), HCV detection method and diagnostic kit for detecting antibodies against hepatitis C virus by immunochromatography using recombinant mixed antigen containing a non-structural 5A (NS 5A) protein as a main component will be. The detection method and diagnostic kit of HCV using the recombinant mixed antigen of the present invention improved the sensitivity to the antibody by eliminating the differences due to the amino acid structure of the viral antigen using HCV-derived nuclear and non-structural 3 proteins as antigens. The derived nonstructural 5A protein was used as an antigen to enable early detection of antibodies to HCV. In addition, the HCV diagnostic kit of the present invention has the advantage of being able to easily detect HCV antibodies using immunochromatography and visually confirm whether HCV is infected without special mechanical manipulation. |
