titleOfInvention | Non-magnetic monocomponent toner having good flowability and triboelectrical chargeability and method for preparing the same |
abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a toner and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a nonmagnetic one-component toner composition for use in an image output apparatus employing a nonmagnetic one-component developing method in which a developing roller and a photoconductor are in contact with each other, and a manufacturing method thereof.n n n The present invention provides a composition comprising a) iii) a binder resin; Ii) colorants; And iii) toner base particles comprising a charge control agent; b) hydrophobic silica having a specific surface area of from 20 to 80 m 2 / g; c) hydrophobic silica having a specific surface area of 130 to 230 m 2 / g; And d) a nonmagnetic one-component toner composition comprising fine metal oxide powder and a method for producing the nonmagnetic one-component toner.n n n According to the present invention, even when using a nonmagnetic one-component developing method in which the developing roller and the photoconductor are in contact with each other, the toner is smoothly supplied, the contamination of PCR and the deterioration of image quality are low, and the toner layer is uniform on the developing roller. To provide a non-magnetic one-component toner composition and a method of manufacturing the non-magnetic one-component toner, which is formed so as to prevent fusion on the blade of the developing roller. |
