abstract |
The present invention provides a microorganism with improved ice-nucleating activity and a method for producing the same. The method of the present invention consists of inserting an ice nucleus activator gene encoding an ice nucleus activator protein into chromosomal DNA by homologous recombination to an ice nucleus activating microorganism to make two copies of the gene. |
