abstract The present invention relates to a moisture-permeable waterproof fabric having excellent dyefastness and fastness, and an adhesive film layer (2) mainly composed of linear water-dispersible polyurethane on the polyester fabric (1) and a surface film layer mainly composed of reticulated water-dispersible polyurethane. (3) is characterized in that the coating or laminating in sequence. The moisture-permeable waterproof fabric of the present invention does not use an organic solvent in the process of coating or laminating the film layers, so it is excellent in color fastness to fastness of 3 or more and also good in touch, washing and friction durability.
