abstract 7-aminodesacetoxycephalosporanic acid (7-ADCA). The process of the invention is produced directly by fermentation of Acremonium chrysogenum (also called Cephalosoprium acremonium), D-amino acid oxidase (DAO) and gluta It is based on the use of desacetoxycephalosporin C (DAOC) catalyzed by the enzymatic activity of reel-7-ACA acylase (GLA). DAOC production by Acremonium chrysogenum fermentation is based on inactivation of the cefEF gene followed by expression of the cefE gene to develop the Acremonium chrysogenum ΔcefEF-cefE strain. The present invention is directed to: (I) desacetoxycephalosporin C synthase (DAOCS or expansion enzymes) and desacetylcephalosporin C synthase (DACS or hydroxylase) of the acremonium chrysogenum encoding the enzymatic activity inactivates the cefEF gene; (II) expressing a cefE gene encoding DAOCS enzymatic activity derived from a bacterium, in a transformants of acremonium chrysogenum in which the cefEF gene is inactivated; (III) develop a fermentation method of a recombinant strain producing DAOC; And (IV) enzymatic bioconversion from DAOC catalyzed by DAO and GLA enzymes to 7-ADCA, wherein DAO and GLA in Acremonium chrysogenum ΔcefEF-cefE, a strain that produces DAOC, and By expressing the gene together, or by expressing a gene encoding cephalosporin acylase in Acremonium chrysogenum ΔcefEF-cefE, it is possible to produce 7-ADCA directly by fermentation of Acremonium chrysogenum. .
