To improve one or more properties of materials used as or as components of health care products, consumer products, agricultural products, nutritional products, veterinary products, manufacturing or processing industries, munitions and research reagents. Preferably a method of using high throughput combination formulation techniques in combination with nanotechnology and microarrays has been developed. In preferred applications, the bioavailability and pharmacokinetics of drugs, in particular small molecule pharmaceuticals, can be prepared by preparing many new formulations based on one or more physical or chemical properties, such as solubility in aqueous solutions, without compromising selectivity or potential. It is optimized by choosing a formulation. Systems using this technology are designed to quickly, systematically and cost-effectively identify the optimal composition for the desired purpose. In one preferred embodiment, new formulations are prepared and tested for bioequivalence to approved or commercially available formulations. In another embodiment, the formulation is initially absorbed, solubility, reticuloendothelial system through pharmacokinetics such as gut (for oral formulations), skin (for transdermal use), or mucous membranes (for nasal, oral, vaginal or rectal formulations). RES ") in vitro optimized for degradation or elimination, metabolism or elimination by absorption into, and then tested in vivo. |
