titleOfInvention Vector for introducing surface protein of HIV1 type
abstract The present invention relates to a vector for introducing human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) type 1 surface protein, and more particularly, the sequence for transmembrane and the Kpn I restriction enzyme site common to all HIV env genes. The present invention relates to a vector for introducing various human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) type 1 surface proteins having a Cla I sequence inserted between stop codons, which are 144 amino acid cleavage signals. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is not only easy to prepare the HIV gastric virus capable of measuring anti-HIV activity, but also to study the host specificity according to the surface protein of the virus and at the time of making a vaccine targeting the HIV surface protein. It can be used for in vitro efficacy test and can be used for detecting neutralizing activity in the production of neutralizing antibodies, and it can be used in general laboratory level because it is very safe compared to HIV.
