abstract Provided is an antistatic coating composition for forming a coating film having good adhesion, water resistance, electrical conductivity and transparency to a plastic substrate.n n n To prepare this, a water-soluble compound and a self-emulsifying polyester resin aqueous dispersion which are liquid at room temperature with an electrically conductive polymer, an amide group or a hydroxyl group consisting of poly (3,4-disubstituted thiophene) and poly anions are prepared. Formulate at a specific rate. Such a composition forms a coating film having good adhesion and excellent transparency, electrical conductivity, solvent resistance and especially water resistance. By mix | blending a specific amount of the alkoxysilane which has an epoxy group, the water resistance and solvent resistance of the coating film obtained further improve.
