abstract | The present invention relates to a novel plenylated flavonoid compound and the extract of Koji tree containing it as a main component, a method for preparing them, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same, and more particularly, Broussonetia papyrifera Novel plenylated flavonoid compounds represented by the following formula (1) with excellent anti-inflammatory effect isolated from methanol and acetate extracts from chromatography and chromatograph extracts containing Cucumber as a main component, pharmaceutically acceptable The present invention relates to a method for preparing a salt, the compound and an extract, and a pharmaceutical composition for treating an inflammatory disease comprising the same as an active ingredient. The novel plenylated flavonoid compound of the present invention and the Cucumber extract containing the same as its main component have excellent anti-inflammatory effects in vitro and in vivo by inhibiting or inhibiting the activity of enzymes involved in the production of inflammatory mediators.
