The present invention relates to a method for preparing protein-zinc that is easily absorbed in the body. More specifically, vegetable or animal proteins are suspended in water, and protease is added to react for 12 hours at pH 3.5 to 6.0 to obtain oligopeptides, followed by chelates by adding zinc mineral ions to the protease oligopeptides. The reaction results in zinc-oligopeptides. It is concentrated to about 35% solids, dried and powdered to obtain a powdered zinc-oligopeptide.n n n The zinc-oligopeptide of the present invention can be used as a zinc-enriched beverage or food composition that can be easily absorbed in the body, thereby contributing to the resolution of agonism. |
