Menufaturing Method of Absortive Copper-Oligopeptide in The Human Body |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing protein-copper which is easily absorbed in the body. More specifically, vegetable or animal proteins are suspended in water, and protease is added to react for 12 hours at pH 3.5 to 6.0 to obtain oligopeptides, followed by chelates by adding copper mineral ions to the protease oligopeptides. By the (Chelate) reaction, a copper-oligopeptide (Zinc-Oligopeptide) is obtained. It is concentrated to about 35% solids, dried and powdered to obtain powdered copper-oligopeptide.n n n The copper-oligopeptide of the present invention can be used as a protein-copperized beverage or food composition that can be easily absorbed in the body, thereby contributing to solving copper deficiency. |
