titleOfInvention Separation device for unburned carbon in fly ash and separation method
abstract The present invention relates to an unburned carbon separation device and a separation method in fly ash,n n n The structure is simple and the purpose is to easily separate and remove unburned carbon in fly ash,n n n The casing 2 is provided with the first and second rotary vanes 3 and 4 facing each other on a coaxial line, and a cavity surrounded by both rotary vanes and the inner surface of the casing is provided with a grinding chamber ( 5), the to-be-processed fly ash inlet 6 is connected to the casing on the first rotating blade side, and the casing on the second rotating blade side is positioned close to the center of rotation of the second rotating blade. The discharge port 7 is provided with the 2nd discharge port 8 near the outer periphery of a 2nd rotary blade, and the suction device 9 is connected to this 1st discharge port in the structure characteristic.
