Casting film for producing ceramic green sheet |
abstract |
Used to make ceramic green sheets and used as substrate films (e.g. polyethylene terephthalate films) and silicone release agents (e.g. addition-type silicone release agents) and cellulose derivatives (e.g. ethyl cellulose, methyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose or A casting film with a release layer comprising a mixture of hydroxypropyl cellulose) is presented. The casting film has excellent wettability of the ceramic slurry and proper peelability to the ceramic green sheet, prevents the occurrence of repulsion even when the ceramic slurry is thinly coated, and lifts or peels off the green sheet even when the ceramic slurry is repeatedly coated. The phenomenon can be prevented. |
