Detection method of viral pollution in environmental water |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for detecting virus contamination in environmental water, and is a method for detecting adenovirus and enterovirus present in environmental water by multiple nested PCR analysis. In the present invention, two pairs of primers for adenovirus and three primers for enterovirus are prepared, and the first and second PCRs are performed to simultaneously amplify different types of virus-specific sequences and adenoviruses present in environmental water. The presence of enterovirus and the degree of contamination can be checked easily and accurately. In addition, since the adenovirus and enterovirus of the present invention are predominantly viruses in environmental waters, the virus contamination detection method of the present invention can be applied as a generalized virus contamination analysis method. |
