titleOfInvention | Split discharge electrode for electrophotographic screen manufacturing of cathode ray tube |
abstract | Disclosed is a split discharge electrode for more uniformly charging a photoconductive film on an inner surface of a panel.n n n To produce a screen of the panel faceplate of the cathode ray tube, a tooth-shaped thin plate discharge having a plurality of tips for charging the photoconductive film formed on the conductive film by discharging the conductive film formed on the inner surface of the panel faceplate as a counter electrode. In the photoconductive film discharge device for screen production of a cathode ray tube having an electrode, the discharge electrode is composed of one central electrode piece and a pair of peripheral electrode pieces so as to apply different voltages to each other.n n n Accordingly, different voltages can be applied between the central portion and the peripheral portion of the panel face plate, thereby reducing the difference in discharge between the central portion and the peripheral portion and uniformly charging the photoelectric film to achieve a more uniform development density. There is an effect of improving the image quality of the cathode ray tube. |
