titleOfInvention | MICROBIOLOGICAL PRODUCTION METHOD FOR α-L-ASPARTYL-L-PHENYLALANINE |
abstract | The present invention is in contact with an ribosome extradipeptide synthetase comprising two minimal modules in which a substrate is linked by one condensation domain, in the presence of an effective amount of adenosine-triphosphate (ATP), the N-terminal module of the module. Recognizes L-Asp, the C-terminal module of the module recognizes L-Phe and covalently binds to the condensation domain at its N-terminal, each of the minimum modules containing a 4'-phospho containing a thiolated domain Α-L-aspa from the substrates L-Aspartic Acid (L-Asp) and L-Phenylalanine (L-Phe), characterized in that the Asp-Phe formed is composed of the panthethenyl cofactor and the adenylated domain. A method for microbiologically preparing Tyl-L-phenylalanine (Asp-Phe) and combinations of DNA fragments or DNA fragments encoding Asp-Phe dipeptide synthase, microorganisms containing the DNA fragments as well as Asp-Phe di Tube to Peptide Synthetase Will. |
