abstract The present invention relates to a novel Aureobacterium genus YL strain isolated from crab shell waste and to a method for producing chitosan oligosaccharides using chitosanase produced from the strain.n n n In the present invention, chitosanase produced from the crab shell waste, orthobacterium genus YL strain isolated from the crab shell waste was cultured in YL medium, and chitosanase prepared by the main culture in which 0.3% chitosan was added to the YL medium was monosaccharide. Is hardly produced and exhibits the property of generating oligosaccharides which are dimers or more, thereby effectively producing dimer or more chitogorisaccharides.
