abstract | The present invention is a business model model for telephone orders using a PSTN (telephone network) requiring a delivery time of less than 12 hours. The current delivery service order is possible only if the customer knows the telephone number of the delivery service company. In addition, in order to use different delivery service providers, multiple voice calls and multiple delivery location notifications are required.n n n Accordingly, the present invention relates to a One Calling System requiring only one call for several phone numbers and several voice calls.n n n To this end, the present invention provides a method for assigning unique identifiers to individual customers, and forms a network capable of delivering a service provider in one regional unit (eg, copper). Based on this, the customer only needs to make one call with the operator anywhere in the country to use the deliverable service company. |
