titleOfInvention | Cartridge for a liquid |
abstract | The present invention relates to a cartridge for quantitatively dispensing liquid over months from a container that can be stored over a long period of time, the container being for diffusion prevention, so that the liquid does not come into contact with the surrounding environment.n n n The cartridge according to the invention is a triple-shell container comprising a resilient material bag containing liquid and a reinforcing metal casing, the container being geometrically stable. The cartridge can be releasably connected to the dispensing device. The cartridge may be provided with a micro-opening that can adjust the time for pressure balancing between the cartridge and the surrounding environment. The cartridge is suitable for aqueous and alcoholic liquids containing pharmacologically active substances. The liquid in the cartridge is protected from external influences.n n n The cartridge can be used in nebulizers to produce inhalation aerosols for disease treatment. |
