An electrode structure is prepared by interposing a porous membrane between the cathode electrode plate and the anode electrode plate, and then placed in a case, and injected with a composition for forming an electrolyte including a non-aqueous organic electrolyte solution, a crosslinking agent, and a polymerization initiator, and then irradiated with light or heated.
