The present invention relates to the leaching and quantification method of soil-substitutable cations by shaking, and after leaching soil-substituting cations such as potassium, calcium and magnesium by introducing a method of intermittently stirring while standing in a shaking condition. By measuring by atomic absorption spectrophotometer or spectrophotometer, multiplying the conversion factor, and then converting to soil cation content of soil measured by conventional methods, soil cation content of soil can be measured even in the field where power is not available. In addition, there is a significant cost savings economically by not using power and shaker. |
