titleOfInvention Hot melt adhesives and hot melt label sheet manufacture method and hot melt coating method used it and hot melt label sheet
abstract The present invention provides a hot melt adhesive excellent in adhesiveness, and the hot melt adhesive is applied to paper (printing paper) or a release paper, and then a label paper printed with a trademark or a logo is easily subjected to thermal welding, for example, a carpet or the like. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hot melt label, a hot melt coating device, and a hot melt label, which is attached, and has a low manufacturing cost. The hot melt adhesive includes 0.5% to 0.7% wax, 0.3% to 0.7% petroleum resin, or 0.5% to 0.7% phenolic resin, and nylon. 0.5% to 0.7% of powder, 13% to 15% of Lanofex and 60% to 70% of ethylene vinyl acetate, the method comprising the steps of: (a) melting the hot melt adhesive of claim 1; (b) transporting any paper selected from snow art paper, art paper, copy paper, imitation paper and the like, and simultaneously applying and drying a molten hot melt adhesive to a thickness of 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm on one side of the paper; (c) drying the applied hot melt adhesive through transfer and drying to completely adhere and solidify the paper; (D) hot-melt label paper is prepared, including the step of printing a label, logo, pattern, three-dimensional drawings and photographs on the back of the paper with the hot melt adhesive is attached.
