abstract | The present invention relates to a furnace slag branch slag induction apparatus, comprising: a Y-shaped raceway section disposed below and adjacent to a slag runner at a slag branch of a furnace; A cooling pipe disposed to pass through the inside of the raceway part; A mold part which is formed in a shape corresponding to the raceway part but larger than that and weld-fixed to the H-beams disposed below it to support it from below; A support fixed to and spaced apart from the lower side of the mold part; It is fixed to the support object and one is connected so as to tilt the back side of the molder side runner connecting portion of the mold portion, the other is connected so as to tilt the back side of the dry fit side runner connection portion of the mold part selectively as necessary It comprises a first and second air cylinders installed to be able to tilt either one.n n n Accordingly, the present invention provides an effect of switching the direction of the slag in a simple operation at the branch point when the slag discharged from the blast furnace and the aggregate treatment. |
