abstract The present invention provides a semiconductor device comprising: a substrate in which gate and data pad regions, switching regions, and pixel regions are defined; Gate and data auxiliary pad electrodes respectively formed in the gate and data pad regions on the substrate; A thin film transistor formed in the switching region and including a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode; A gate line having a gate pad covering the gate auxiliary pad electrode at one end thereof and connected to the gate electrode and extending in one direction; A data wire which contacts at one end of the data pad covering the data auxiliary pad electrode and is connected to the source electrode and extends in another direction; Disclosed is an X-ray detector formed in the pixel region and storing an external optical signal in the form of charge and including a storage capacitor in contact with a drain electrode of the thin film transistor.
