The present invention provides an intermediate compound used for synthesizing a polyene chain structure, which is an important structure of a carotene compound, a method for producing the same, and a method for producing a carotene-based polyene chain structure compound, particularly lycopene, using the intermediate compound. In the method for preparing a carotene-based polyene chain structure compound of Chemical Formula 2, an allyl sulfone compound is used as a starting material and is reacted with a C-5 sulfide compound to expand the carbon chain. Subsequently, the thio-sulfone compound which is the reaction product is oxidized, and a chain structure compound containing the desired carbon number is formed by linking the obtained disulfone compound and the C-10 di (haloalylic) sulfide compound. Subsequently, a Lamberck-Bakrund reaction is applied to the diallylic sulfone obtained by oxidation of the diallylic sulfide to form a central triene bond, and then the carotene polyene chain is subjected to the removal reaction of the sulfone groups. A structural compound can be obtained.n n n n n n n n n n Wherein R is hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an aryl group, -CN, -COOR '(R' is an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms) and -C (= O) It is selected from the group consisting of H. |
