titleOfInvention Process for the formation of inclusion complex of cyclodextrins or their derivatives with contrast media
abstract The present invention relates to a method of inducing a complex with an existing commercially available contrast medium by using a macrocyclic molecule to perform a role of contrast medium more stably in vivo, and according to the present invention, cyclodextrin or its By entrapping the contrast agent in a cavity in the macrocyclic molecule, such as a derivative, the strong interaction between the two materials can mitigate the side effects of conventionally contrasted contrast agents. Therefore, the cyclodextrin inclusion complex according to the present invention can provide the main function of the contrast agent while maximizing the safety of the patient when administered to the patient.
