titleOfInvention Radiation sensitizer comprising human peroxiredoxin Ⅱ antisense sequence
abstract The present invention relates to radiosensitizers and anti-sensitizers comprising antisense base sequences of human peroxiredoxin II (hereinafter referred to as Prx II) genes having antioxidant enzyme functions. According to the present invention, after treating the plasmid containing the Prx II antisense sequence to cancer cells such as head and neck cancer, breast cancer, and the like, when irradiated with radiation, more than 67% of cancer cell killing effects were shown.
