A radio communication apparatus has a semiconductor chip in which a signal processing integrated circuit including a filter and an amplifier configured to receive an output signal of the filter as an input signal is formed, and the main surface of the semiconductor chip has a plurality of semiconductor chips along the edges of the sides thereof. An electrode terminal is provided, and there is no wiring or a circuit between the one side and the electrode terminal, the amplifier includes a control electrode to which the output signal of the filter is supplied, and a first signal outputting a signal according to the signal supplied to the control electrode. A transistor comprising an electrode and a second electrode to which a voltage is applied, and the control electrode and the first electrode and the second electrode of the transistor are connected to the electrode terminal via wiring, and the electrode terminal, the control electrode, the first electrode and the first electrode are formed. There is no other wiring intersecting each wiring between the two electrodes. This shortens the space | interval of each electrode and an electrode terminal. |
