titleOfInvention Apparatus for roasted of dried fish
abstract The present invention relates to a dried grilling apparatus.n n n The present invention provides a cover and the opening and closing member which is selectively opened and closed; A display unit and a coin injector disposed in front of the main body; A support plate detachably supported at an inner upper side of the main body and having a cutout at one side thereof; A rotating member axially arranged in the center of the support plate and having a plurality of comb teeth having a double layer structure and arranged radially and connected by vertical combs; A driving motor electrically connected to the coin injector and disposed on the support plate and operated by a coin inserted through the coin injector to intermittently rotate the rotating member; A heating unit disposed at an inner front of the main body corresponding to the lower portion of the cutout to heat the dried fish dropped through the cutout; A switch provided adjacent to the cutout portion formed in the support plate to stop driving of the driving motor and to operate and stop the display portion; A control unit disposed at an inner side of the main body to control operations of the heating unit, the switch, and the display unit; And optionally installed on either side of the main body and the cover is provided with a discharge portion for discharging smoke and odor generated during the process of heating the dried fish.n n n Therefore, smoke and peculiar fishy odor are prevented from occurring during the drying of dried fish such as rodentfish and dried squid, and the distribution structure is improved.
