titleOfInvention Shock absorbing member, automobile interior member and automobile door trim
abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention relates to a shock absorbing member for use in an interior member of a vehicle, in particular a door trim for an automobile, because of its excellent appearance, light weight, rigidity and impact buffering properties, and a simple structure and excellent productivity and economy. An integrally formed body made of a lattice rib on the back surface of the plate portion and the plate portion, and formed of a fiber-containing thermoplastic resin, the impact buffer member having an average porosity of 5 to 90% of the plate portion. Specifically, it consists of polypropylene resin whose glass fiber content rate is 10-60 weight% and a weight average fiber length is 1-20 mm.
